| Abstract: | Os dispositivos móveis por meio de aplicativos educacionais vêm demonstrando ser uma ferramenta eficiente para a educação. O objetivo deste artigo foi o de demonstrar que os dispositivos móveis já estão sendo utilizados na educação e que os aplicativos educacionais como o Duolingo têm alcançado eficiência no processo de ensino da língua inglesa. Realizou-se pesquisas sobre diversas publicações que demostraram os benefícios de empregar o modelo de ensino através de dispositivos móveis, sobretudo aqueles que analisaram o uso de aplicativos educacionais no aprendizado de um idioma estrangeiro. Conclui-se que os professores podem fazer uso dessa ferramenta de fácil acesso para promover a educação. Também que o modelo m-lerning com o aplicativo Duolingo é uma opção acessível e capaz de cumprir essa função com excelência |
| Description: | ABSTRACT Mobile devices through educational applications have been proving to be an effective tool for education. The purpose of this article was to demonstrate that mobile devices are already being used in education and that educational applications such as Duolingo have achieved efficiency in the process of teaching English. Research has been done on a number of publications that have demonstrated the benefits of using the model of education through mobile devices, especially those that have analyzed the use of educational applications in learning a foreign language. We conclude that teachers can make use of this easily accessible tool to promote education. Also that the m-lerning model with the Duolingo application is an affordable option and able to fulfill this function with excellence. |
