| Abstract: | RESUMO Neste artigo apresenta-se o cenário da logística humanitária durante a pandemia causada pelo novo coronavírus. A COVID-19 modificou o cenário mundial, atingindo todos os setores da sociedade e provocando diversas mudanças. Buscou-se identificar os principais impactos introduzidos pela pandemia à logística humanitária, considerando formas de enfrentamento e oportunidades. Para alcançar esse objetivo foi feito um levantamento bibliográfico sobre o assunto, por meio de fontes confiáveis em três bibliotecas virtuais. Como resultados, percebeu-se que a pandemia gerou mais problemas, ao mesmo tempo em que proporcionou a destinação de mais recursos para a área e agilizou o uso de tecnologia para melhorar os processos. Deseja-se que, a partir deste estudo, novos trabalhos sejam elaborados na área para proporcionar mais conhecimento à comunidade científica, visando ajudar a entender o processo logístico. |
| Description: | ABSTRACT This article presents the scenario of humanitarian logistics during the pandemic caused by the new coronavirus. COVID-19 has changed the world scenario, reaching all sectors of society and causing several changes. We sought to identify the main impacts introduced by the pandemic on humanitarian logistics, considering ways of coping and opportunities. To achieve this objective, a bibliographic survey was carried out on the subject, through reliable sources in three virtual libraries. As a result, it was noticed that the pandemic generated more problems, at the same time it provided the allocation of more resources to the area and streamlined the use of technology to improve processes. It is hoped that, from this study, new works are prepared in the area to provide more knowledge to the scientific community, aiming to help understand the logistical process. |
