| Abstract: | RESUMO: Este estudo investiga a importância do apoio social no incentivo à prática de atividade física entre adolescentes de 12 a 21 anos, o modelo de estudo escolhido foi a revisão bibliográfica, baseada no método PRISMA e na análise de conteúdo de Bardin. Foram revisadas pesquisas de 2018 a 2024, abordando o apoio de pais, amigos e professores. Os resultados demonstram que o suporte social gera um impacto significativo na atividade física dos jovens, variando conforme a fonte de apoio e o gênero de quem recebe. A pesquisa destaca a influência positiva dos pais ativos, sugere que investigações futuras explorem métodos qualitativos e o uso de tecnologias digitais para promover um ambiente social favorável à atividade física. |
| Description: | ABSTRACT: This study investigates the importance of social support in encouraging physical activity among adolescents aged 12 to 21. The chosen study model was a literature review based on the PRISMA method and Bardin's content analysis. Research from 2018 to 2024 was reviewed, addressing the support from parents, friends, and teachers. The results demonstrate that social support has a significant impact on the physical activity of young people, varying according to the source of support and the gender of the recipient. The research highlights the positive influence of active parents and suggests that future investigations explore qualitative methods and the use of digital technologies to promote a social environment conducive to physical activity. |
